In these times of Credit Crunch and economic uncertainty there are many companies offering Debt Recovery & Debt Collection services. However PRMS is unique as it allows you the Creditor to be in control as to how far they want to go in terms of recovery and how much they would like to spend.

We offer both standard collection services and also Legal based services such as the issue of Claim Forms, Attending at Court Hearings and Enforcement of Judgments. This means that once instructed your case never has to leave the offices of PRMS until such time as your file is closed. This minimises delay and also reduces cost.

Whilst we are on the subject of cost, please note that our costs are transparent and clear. We do not charge money upfront. We would ask you to pay for legal fees, traces, and searches (often referred to as disbursements) if and when they become due.

There are many firms offering No Win – No Fee deals and although we do offer these deals as part of our packages, please note that they are based upon application and are ultimately more expensive. They are provided in order to give you freedom of choice and inline with what our competitors are offering.

There are quite a few firms (who shall remain nameless) listed on the Google top 10 (i.e. First Page) who will charge you £200.00 and upwards as an

“administration fee”, in order to start work on your case. Many of these administration charges are non-refundable. Don’t Pay Them!

If someone does not recover your money then don’t pay them for the privilege of doing nothing. Pay them for the work that they have done in order to recover your debt.
